We are currently doing curbside appointments for all procedures. We will be asking the following when you arrive at the building...
*First and foremost, if you are sick or have tested positive for Covid, please let us know before your appointment as we may ask that you reschedule.
*Please try to park closest to the door on the right side of the building (when facing the building)...especially during rainy or snowy days.
*We may ask that owners of large dogs meet us at the door for their visit during snowy days. However, if you don't feel comfortable, please let us know!
*Call the office when you arrive 269-323-3434
*A receptionist will take your information and then an assistant or technician will call you back to get the pertinent information for the visit. Please know
the call could be coming from an unrecognizable number.
*The assistant or technician will then come to your car to bring your pet inside for their exam (or surgical appointment if applicable).
When you come in contact with an employee, please wear a face mask or type of Covid appropriate face covering at all times.
*The doctor will do their exam and then call you with any findings or recommendations.
*If any additional preventative care or laboratory testing is recommended, the doctor will contact you before doing so.
*We will ask if we can bring your credit card inside for payment or you can go through our drive thru window to pay. Please wear a mask when going through
the drive thru, as well.
*If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We will do our best to keep you updated throughout the process.
Please know that we are treating your pets with the utmost compassion and care while in the building. We know how hard it is to be away from them
during their visit but rest assured that we do whatever possible to make them comfortable and happy during their visit!
